The UMG-1600 constant temperature fluorescence detector is mainly used in basic scientific research, pathogen detection, detection of meat product adulteration (animal origin), genetically modified testing, food safety testing, drug development and rational drug use planning, gene expression research, detection of harmful microorganisms, detection of aquatic virus diseases, etc. The instrument adopts fluorescence PCR detection method, which has the characteristics of high specificity, high sensitivity, simple operation, fast detection, low cost, and easy portability.
