    Yes. You can choose the absorbance function of a full-wavelength microplate reader to measure directly at 260 nm and 280 nm wavelengths.

    No, the fluorometer must be used with a fluorescence kit and can only provide sample concentration. It cannot provide purity judgment based on A260/A280 ratio as it’s not absorbance based measurement. If you need purity data, you can use Unano-1000 micro-spectrophotometer for testing.

    How to measure purified and unpurified proteins by using a Microspectrophotometer?
    A:
    The microspectrophotometer has a protein measurement module, you can measure the sample at 280 nm wavelength under corresponding sample type.
