微量分光光度计的应用
微量分光光度计,是一款高再现性的全波长分光光度计,采用基座和比色皿两种检测模式。可快速准确的检测核酸、蛋白质和细胞溶液。且样品检测浓度范围大,操作简单,不仅可用于测量DNA、RNA纯度、浓度,也可用于一般物质分析中的吸光度检测。

DNA和RNA的定量分析
微量分光光度计通过测量样品在260nm处光吸收的值(OD值)计算样品中核酸浓度,并计算260nm和280nm处吸光度的比值,判定样品中蛋白质/水解盐类杂质含量。
蛋白质的定量和分析
微量分光光度计通过测量样品在280nm(或205nm)处光吸收的值(OD值)计算样品中蛋白质(或水解的多肽分子)浓度,仪器内置针对球蛋白、抗体蛋白、酶的不同标准曲线。
OD600菌液检测
OD600模式采用1cm玻璃比色皿,常规容量1.5-4mL。
紫外UV
本仪器光程190-850nm,1nm步进,紫外UV模式可对样品进行光谱扫描。
